Muhammad Bilal Khan was a Pakistani Islamabad based social activist, freelance journalist, writer and Poet from Chilas, Gilgit-Baltistan. He was born on 1 January 1997. He studied at International Islamic University Islamabad and Government Gordon College, Rawalpindi. On 16 June 2019, he was stabbed to death in Islamabad G-9/4 area. He was the younger brother of Komail Ahmad Muaviah, who is also a social activist, writer and blogger.
