Sun Eclipse 21 June 2020


There will be an occurrence of an annular solar eclipse on 21st June 2020, which will be visible from Pakistan. An annular solar eclipse happens when the Moon covers the Sun's center, leaving the Sun's visible outer edges to form a “ring of fire” or annulus around the Moon. Apart from Southern Pakistan, the annular phase of this Solar Eclipse is visible from parts of Africa including the Central African Republic, Congo, Ethiopia, Northern India and China. The partial eclipse begins at 08:46 PST and the partial eclipse ends at 14:34 PST with the greatest eclipse will occur at 11:40 PST.
